Do you do interior fit-outs only, without the building?
Interior fit-out for offices, retail and institutional spaces is part of this service. Please share your brief and we will confirm scope.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes, with agreed working hours, noise and dust control, and coordination with building management or the housing society.
Who designs the interiors?
You can bring your own interior designer, or we can coordinate a design consultant as part of a design-and-build turnkey scope.
How is the price agreed?
Turnkey work is priced on a defined scope and specification, with any client changes handled through agreed variations.
