Construction & Project Management
Large projects fail at the interfaces: between trades, between consultants, between the plan and the site. We manage those interfaces so the project stays on time, on budget and on standard.
One team holding every thread.
Argentec provides construction management and project management consultancy for developers and owners who want an experienced team overseeing planning, design and execution on their behalf.
We run projects on detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, review progress against them rigorously and manage the vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants involved, so the client has one clear view of where the project stands.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between construction management and PMC?
In construction management, Argentec manages the construction trades directly. As a project management consultant (PMC), we represent the client and oversee other contractors and consultants. We can work in either role.
What reports will we receive?
Typically programme updates, progress against baseline, cost and cash-flow reports, quality and safety observations and a list of decisions required from the client. The format is agreed at the start.
Which scheduling tools do you use?
We use Microsoft Project for bar-chart scheduling and progress tracking, within a single Microsoft environment shared by the team.
Can you take over a project that is already under way?
Yes. We start with a review of the current programme, contracts and site status, then set a realistic recovery baseline.
Who audits your work?
Our standard operating procedures are regularly audited by non-executive project management companies.
