Civil & Structural Engineering
The structure is the part of a building nobody sees and everybody depends on. We execute foundations and frames with engineering discipline, from the first pile to the last slab.
Structures built to outlast their brief.
Argentec delivers civil and structural works for residential towers, commercial buildings and institutional projects. Our teams translate structural drawings into sound, accurately set-out structures, working closely with the project's structural consultant.
We use systems such as MIVAN aluminium formwork where they suit the design. These systems allow repetitive floor cycles, consistent concrete finishes and less timber waste, which matters on multi-storey projects in dense Indian cities.
Faster repeatable cycles
Formwork systems chosen for speed and repetition on typical floors.
Accuracy you can build on
Set-out, levels and alignment checked so finishes and services fit first time.
Less waste on site
Reusable formwork and planned pours reduce material wastage and rework.

How we deliver
- 01
Review
Study structural drawings and resolve queries with the consultant before work starts.
- 02
Set out
Establish grids, levels and benchmarks on site.
- 03
Substructure
Excavation, foundations and basement works in planned sequence.
- 04
Superstructure
Floor-by-floor frame construction on a defined cycle.
- 05
Envelope ready
Masonry and civil finishes prepared for services and façade.
- 06
Hand over
Structural records, inspection reports and as-built information.
Project applications
Residential towers
Repetitive floor plates suited to aluminium formwork systems.
Commercial buildings
Large spans, cores and podium car parks.
Institutional
Schools, colleges and healthcare buildings with specific loading needs.
Industrial & warehousing
Foundations, floors and frames for industrial facilities.
Quality, safety & coordination
- Q
Quality
Inspections at each stage: reinforcement checks before every pour, cube testing and an internal checklist that follows a Six Sigma framework.
- S
Safety
Work at height, formwork and lifting operations are planned and supervised, with site safety kept at the helm of every execution plan.
- C
Coordination
Openings, sleeves and embedded items are coordinated with MEP drawings before pours to avoid later core-cutting.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide structural design?
Structural design is carried out by the project's appointed structural consultant. Argentec's role is engineering-led execution: reviewing, coordinating and building to that design.
When is MIVAN aluminium formwork the right choice?
It suits buildings with many repetitive floors, such as residential towers, where speed of cycle and finish quality matter. For irregular or low-rise structures, conventional formwork may be more economical. We advise case by case.
How do you control concrete quality?
Through approved mix designs, supplier checks, slump and cube testing, pour planning and curing supervision, all recorded against our quality checklist.
Can you take up only the civil and structural package?
Yes. Civil and structural works can be contracted as a package or as part of a wider turnkey or EPC scope.
Do you work on redevelopment sites in dense areas?
Yes. Dense urban sites need careful planning for access, neighbouring structures and material storage, which we address in the method statement.
